Thanks for your post! I agree, writing can be very therapeutic. I've been writing for over a dozen years now, and at times, there's nothing like writing to work through a dark emotional time.

Writing can also dredge up some difficult feelings and memories--which I suppose is what therapy does as well ... bringing those things to the surface in hopes of bringing hope and healing.

All the best with your writing! I followed you and hope to read more of your work.
