Teaching isn’t for everyone.

Working from home isn’t for everyone either. (If you’re not sure whether working from home is for you, find out with this self-discovery quiz.)

But if you enjoy teaching and you want to work from home, you really can do both …

And it’s easier now than ever before.

Of course, that’s no surprise to you. If you spend any length of time on the worldwide webs, you undoubtedly encounter plenty of advertisements for online courses and workshops.

So, you know they’re out there …

And you know it’s one way to make money while working from home.

But there are other work-from-home options that allow you to combine an aptitude for teaching with the freedom of working from home.

And here they are:

1. Tutoring

How do you know if tutoring is for you?

  • Maybe you’re the big sister who always helped younger siblings with their homework …
  • Or the student who always found yourself explaining concepts to classmates.
  • Or perhaps you are retired but hold a degree (and years of experience) in a particular academic field.
